Anthropic Academy Complete Guide — Free · Official Certificate · Korean Subtitles, You Will Really Regret Missing Out

While paid AI bootcamps charge between 1 million and 2.7 million won, Anthropic, the company that created Claude, has released all 13 courses for free .
The certificate can be uploaded directly to LinkedIn, and Korean subtitles are available for the video.
Even if you know absolutely nothing about coding, you can start with “Claude 101.” I’ve taken three of them myself—seriously, there are no hidden costs. 😮

What is 1Anthropic Academy? 5 Key Benefits

Anthropic Academy is a free AI education platform officially launched by the AI company Anthropic in early March 2026.
Anyone can browse at anthropic.skilljar.com without signing up, and a single free account is sufficient to take the course.

4 From Sign-up to Certificate – Step-by-Step Guide

I have summarized the entire process below, which might be confusing for first-timers. Please just follow along in order.

Visit academy.anthropic.com → Create a free account

Click the Sign Up button at the top → Enter your email and password. You can also log in using your Google account. You can connect normally from Korea without a VPN.

Select the course to take → Click 'Enroll'

If you are a beginner, please select Claude 101 first. Press the Enroll button on the course page to start the course immediately. The payment screen will not appear.

Play Video → Turn on Korean Subtitles

Select ⚙️ 설정 아이콘 at the bottom right of the video → Subtitles/CC → Korean . It applies to all videos and offers decent quality that is better than automatic translation.

Pass the quiz → Certificate automatically issued

There is a quiz at the end of each course. The difficulty is low, and retakes are possible. A PDF certificate is automatically issued the moment you pass.

Add a certificate to your LinkedIn profile

Click the Add to LinkedIn button on the issued certificate page → It will be automatically registered in the 'Certifications & Education' section. The issuing organization will be displayed as Anthropic .

5Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is it really completely free? Won't it switch to a paid model later?

Yes, all 13 courses are currently free. As an official educational platform released by Anthropic, there is no separate credit card entry step. While some premium content may be added in the future, the basic policy is to keep the currently available courses free.

Can the certificate be recognized on LinkedIn?

Yes. It is officially recognized as the issuing organization is listed as 'Anthropic'. When applying for AI-related positions, Claude API or MCP certificates serve as a substantial differentiating factor. Posts from those who have already uploaded them to LinkedIn are being widely shared.

Can I listen even if I don't know any coding?

The Claude 101 and AI Fluency series require absolutely no coding knowledge. While the Building with the Claude API, MCP, and Claude Code tracks are much easier with basic Python skills, it is perfectly possible to take them just to understand the concepts.

Is the quiz difficult? Is a retake possible?

The level is not difficult if you follow the lecture content. Retakes are allowed without restriction, and quiz questions are based on key concepts covered in the lectures.

Are there any issues connecting from Korea? Is a VPN required?

You can connect normally without a VPN. As it is a Skilljar-based platform, there is no blocking of Korean IPs. Video loading may occasionally be slow, but this is usually resolved by refreshing the page due to server distance issues.

Start right now — 2 certificates in 2 hours today

If you take Claude 101 → AI Fluency in that order, you can receive two official certificates within two hours.
