1. Overview

Aleph (aleph.ai.kr) processes the minimum information necessary for site operation and inquiry information provided directly by users. This policy explains what information is processed by services connected to the current site code, the purpose of processing, and how users can make choices.

Visiting the site itself is not considered consent to all optional processing. In regions where consent for cookies or advertising identifiers is legally required, a separate selection process must be applied.

2. Information processed and purpose

Aleph currently does not operate sign-up or newsletter subscription features, and does not directly collect users' names or email addresses other than through the contact form.

3. Processing of Inquiry Information

The information entered in the Contact form is delivered to a designated inbox at Aleph via the email sending service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). Currently, the application does not store inquiry content in a separate database.

Inquiry information may be processed in your email inbox and the sender's system for the period required for a response and follow-up. Unless there is a legal obligation to retain information or a need to respond to disputes, unnecessary information will be deleted after the purpose has been achieved. Overseas service infrastructure may be utilized during the email transmission process.

Please do not enter information unnecessary for processing your inquiry, such as sensitive personal information, financial account details, or passwords, into the Contact form. Resend's processing standards can be found in the Resend Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum .

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Language settings cookies

The ALEPH_LANG cookie is used to remember the language selected by the user and may be retained for up to one year. This cookie does not contain direct identifying information such as name or email address.

Analytics and advertising technology

Depending on your site settings, Google Analytics, Naver Analytics, and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit some personalization features or ad choices.

5. Analysis and Performance Measurement Services

• Google Analytics 4: Measures page visits, device and browser information, and site usage. Google states that while it may use IP addresses during collection, it does not record or store individual IP addresses. • Vercel Web Analytics: Provides anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics using page URLs, traffic sources, approximate locations, and device and browser information. To refuse Google Analytics measurement, you can use the Google Analytics blocking browser add-on .

6. Google AdSense

Aleph may display ads through Google AdSense. Google and its ad partners may process cookies, local storage, device information, and site visit information to provide and measure ads, manage frequency, prevent fraud, and improve relevance.

You can manage ad personalization settings in Google My Ad Center . Depending on local laws, you may be required to separately choose to consent to or decline ads.

7. Hosting and Technical Logs

Aleph provides the website via Vercel and fetches posts from WordPress servers. During the process of service provision, security, and fault response, each provider may process technical logs such as IP addresses, request timestamps, request paths, and browser information. The specific retention period for such logs depends on each provider's policy and Aleph's account settings, and Aleph does not promise an unverified fixed retention period in this policy.

8. User Rights and Choice

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, suspension of processing of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information to the extent permitted by relevant laws and regulations. Identity verification of the requester may be required, and some requests may be restricted if there are legal retention obligations or legitimate grounds.

9. Security and Storage

Aleph applies reasonable protection measures, such as transmission channel encryption (HTTPS), access restrictions, and the management of environment variables for confidential information. However, absolute safety of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage cannot be guaranteed.

As a general principle, inquiry information collected directly is not retained beyond the period necessary for processing inquiries, fulfilling legal obligations, and responding to disputes. The retention of analytics, advertising, and hosting data is subject to the policies of each service and Aleph account settings.

10. Children's personal information

Aleph does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If it is confirmed that a child's personal information has been provided without the guardian's consent, necessary measures, such as deletion, will be taken in accordance with relevant laws.

11. Policy Changes and Inquiries

If there are changes to the service or legal requirements, we will modify this policy and update the last modified date at the top of the page. Significant changes may be announced separately on the site.
